Are pets allowed?

We welcome pets in all of our homes! Pet are not merely tolerated in our homes. They are welcome! We provide pawesome pet amenities and maintain a high standard of cleanliness so everyone feels comfortable. Please inform us during your booking to ensure we can accommodate your furry friend comfortably. Additional charges apply.

What time is Check-in and Check-out?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Direct guests may receive up to 2 hours complimentary early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.

Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?

Yes, when available and for a fee.

Direct guests receive priority access and may receive up to 2 complimentary hours, subject to availability.

Are there any check-out chores?

No. You’re on vacation—not on a cleaning crew. We don’t ask you to strip beds, start laundry, or haul trash.

The only thing we request is that you load and start the dishwasher and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it.

Gather your belongings, lock up, and head home. We’ll take care of the rest so your final moments feel easy—not rushed.

Do you require ID verification and/or a rental agreement to book?

Yes—just like a boutique hotel, we take a few simple steps to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. Before your stay, we’ll ask for a quick ID verification and a short rental agreement. It’s all done digitally and takes just a couple of minutes—no printing, no back-and-forth.

Because we provide amenities like bikes and paddle boards, and offer access to the lake, our insurance requires a written agreement to keep everything covered and protected. It’s simply part of creating a safe, seamless experience for you from the moment you book.
