What time is Check-in and Check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Direct guests may receive up to 2 hours complimentary early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?
Yes, when available and for a fee.
Direct guests receive priority access and may receive up to 2 complimentary hours, subject to availability.
Do you have high-speed Wi-Fi available?

Are pets allowed?
We welcome pets in all of our homes! Pet are not merely tolerated in our homes. They are welcome! We provide pawesome pet amenities and maintain a high standard of cleanliness so everyone feels comfortable. Please inform us during your booking to ensure we can accommodate your furry friend comfortably. Additional charges apply.
Do you really provide complimentary state park passes?
Yes! Every stay includes complimentary South Carolina (and where applicable, Georgia) State Park passes for you to use during your visit. That means no extra entrance fees when you explore nearby parks — whether you're hiking, biking, picnicking, or just chasing fresh air with your pup. It’s one of the ways we make it easier for you to experience the best of the Upstate without the extra cost.

How close are your homes to local attractions?
All properties are located in prime areas close to restaurants, outdoor activities, and major Upstate destinations.
What should I pack or bring with me?
We recommend packing like you would for a cozy weekend getaway. Bring comfortable clothes, a jacket for cooler evenings, and any food or drinks you’d like (there are refrigerators and outdoor grills at all of our locations). We provide towels, linens, basic toiletries, and cooking essentials. If you plan to explore nearby parks or trails, bring good walking shoes, sunscreen, and bug spray just in case. And yes, please do not forget, water shoes if you are visiting us at our Lake Hartwell locations.
Are there any check-out chores?
No. You’re on vacation—not on a cleaning crew. We don’t ask you to strip beds, start laundry, or haul trash.
The only thing we request is that you load and start the dishwasher and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it.
Gather your belongings, lock up, and head home. We’ll take care of the rest so your final moments feel easy—not rushed.
