What are the check-in logistics?

Forty-eight hours prior to your arrival, you will receive a secure digital access code. This allows you to arrive at your own pace and step straight into your rental without any front-desk delays.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellation terms are outlined during the booking process. We aim to keep everything clear and transparent so you know exactly what to expect before confirming your stay.

Do you require a security deposit?

Yes, we require (like hotels) a $250 refundable security deposit. It is fully returned after your stay, provided there are no damages—simple and hassle-free.

Yes—just like a boutique hotel, we take a few simple steps to make sure everything runs smoothly for everyone. Before your stay, we’ll ask for a quick ID verification and a short rental agreement. It’s all done digitally and takes just a couple of minutes—no printing, no back-and-forth.

Because we provide amenities like bikes and paddle boards, and offer access to the lake, our insurance requires a written agreement to keep everything covered and protected. It’s simply part of creating a safe, seamless experience for you from the moment you book.

Direct guests receive priority access and may receive up to 2 complimentary hours, subject to availability.

Are there any check-out chores?

No. You’re on vacation—not on a cleaning crew. We don’t ask you to strip beds, start laundry, or haul trash.

The only thing we request is that you load and start the dishwasher and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it.
