Prior to your stay, we’ll ask you to complete a quick ID verification and sign a short rental agreement. The entire process is digital and typically takes just a few minutes—no printing or extra hassle involved.
Because we provide amenities such as bikes, paddle boards, and lake access, our insurance requires a signed agreement to keep everything properly covered and protected. It’s simply part of creating a safe, seamless experience from the moment you book.

What time is check-in & check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM.
Direct guests may receive up to 2 hours complimentary early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability.
Are there any check-out chores?
No. You’re on vacation—not on a cleaning crew. We don’t ask you to strip beds, start laundry, or haul trash.
The only thing we request is that you load and start the dishwasher and avoid leaving dirty dishes in the sink. That’s it.
