Stefania is a DREAM host! We couldn't have imagined a better experience as we needed a rental for 6+ months after our house suffered damage from a local hurricane. Stefania welcomed us like family, going above and beyond in every way. Communication, kindness, flexibility, and constant check in to ensure things were going smoothly. The house is lovely, in a quiet area off downtown / North Main. It is easy to access everything but out of the busyness of downtown. Great kitchen and backyard space, and comfortable beds. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Our family stayed at the Essex house for 3 months while our home was being repaired from hurricane damage. We felt a warm, helpful, inviting welcome in all regards for the moment we made the reservation. It wasn't just a rental, it was a home away from home. Stefania was incredibly responsive and helpful to any need that arose. The home had every detail ready to go. Our kids even enjoyed it so much they were sad to leave!
