PET POLICY ✦ Dogs Welcome: Up to two house-trained dogs (max 60 lbs), fully potty-trained with current shots and flea/tick treatment. Must be added to reservation. ✦ No Dogs on Beds: Dogs are not allowed on our provided linens. Please bring your own if your pet will be on the bed. Extra charges will apply if hair is found on linens. ✦ Couch Use: Dogs on couches only with provided blankets. ✦ Crating: Dogs must be crated when left alone. ✦ Waste Removal: Pick up dog waste in the backyard. $100 surcharge if not. ✦ Undisclosed Pets: $200 per pet, per night fee for undeclared pets. SERVICE DOGS ✦ No Fees: Service dogs are exempt from pet fees. ✦ Handler Control: Must be with handler and never left alone. ✦Misrepresentation: Misrepresenting a pet as a service animal may result in financial restitution, reporting to authorities, and eviction without refund.

STAY RULES ✦ Agreement: A simple agreement (summarizing these rules) must be signed within 48 hours of booking to comply with insurance. Inquire for a copy prior to booking. ✦ Visitors: Only with prior written host authorization. ✦ 30+ Day Stays: Subject to local tenancy laws; a standard lease and refundable security deposit required. Request a copy before booking. ✦ ID: Secure government ID verification may be required. ✦ Supervision: Property is not child/pet-proofed. Adult supervision is required; safety is your responsibility. ✦ Pests & Insects: Bugs are common in SC. While we perform pest control, we can't guarantee complete elimination. No refunds for their presence. Report issues immediately. ✦ Smoking: Permitted outdoors only, away from doors/windows. Indoor smoking/vaping incurs a $500 fee. Properly dispose of all butts or a cleaning fee will apply. ✦ Local Reservations: Reservations from guests within Greenville are not allowed. Please contact us prior to booking.

SAFETY & USE ✦ At Your Own Risk: Use of the property and amenities is at your own risk. Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment immediately. ✦ Reporting Issues: Report any issues to the owner immediately during your stay; otherwise, you waive your right to raise them later. ✦ Amenities: We strive to ensure all advertised amenities are in working order. If an amenity fails mechanically and cannot be used during your stay, we will refund $15 for every 24 hours the amenity is unusable, provided we are properly notified. No refunds are issued for improper use by guests. ✦ Internet Service: Wireless internet is provided as a courtesy. Service can sometimes be erratic. We are not responsible for internet issues or provide technical support, and no refunds are issued for internet service problems. ✦ Fire Pit: Use caution. Do not leave unattended, do not discard hot ashes. Use hose to extinguish. ✦ Security Cameras: External cameras are in use for safety (like hotels). No indoor cameras. If this is a concern, we totally understand, but please seek alternative accommodation. Tampering with internet/devices that affect camera function is prohibited.
